Greetings from Long Island

This page is always under construction - please bear with me! As I am new at this HTML stuff, it will take me a while to create a nice looking page. Of course, time is also a major factor, especially when you are trying to learn all these new things about creating a home page. One of the links below is to the FAA home page, with numerous links to other aviation sites. I work for the FAA, Flight Standards, as an aviation safety inspector. I am also an ATP rated pilot and flight instructor with a Falcon DA-20 type rating. My hobbies include flying, photography and meteorology. Below you will find a link to real time weather from Brookhaven Natl. Lab (BNL), about 1 mile from my residence (the best weather link I've seen, including graphs!).

Here is a link to some interesting aircraft pictures (airline aircraft pictures, among others) which I had taken over the years: View the Photos by Walter Lippan on Airliners.net! Use the "back" feature of your browser to return to this page after viewing! And don't forget to bookmark this page. The special Guest Book section below is for all my friends, to make it easy to send me a message!
